A healthy morning ritual that you follow every single day?
Claire Woods:
First thing is a cappuccino. Starting the day with a good coffee is essential. Then I will make a plan for the day.
Namita Nayyar:
You are a sought-after model now; tell us about how this journey began? Your work complements your personality, Describe in three words?
Claire Woods:
When I was 11 in dance class, my teacher recommended me to a modeling agency. Three words to describe me would be confident, creative and hard-working

Share the best part of your job as a model? Was it an easy way or filled with struggle?
Claire Woods:
The best part of my job is being able to express myself, and having the opportunity to work with various talented photographers.
Namita Nayyar:
Which exercises is an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches?
Claire Woods:
Stretches: Roller, hamstring stretch, bicep and triceps stretch, quad stretch
Exercises: Split squats, wide stance squats, bench press, pull ups, crunches

Introduce us to a day in your busy life? What’s like a day off routine?
Claire Woods:
A great day for me always involves balance. Right now that means balancing internships, school, workouts, photo-shoots, and fun.
Namita Nayyar:
Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to a slim torso.
Claire Woods:
Typically I fast before my work out if I’m doing a heavy cardio day, and eat a big late breakfast around noon.
Namita Nayyar:
Favorite Meal of the day according to you would be? What does it contain?
Claire Woods:
Breakfast! A good scramble with eggs, bacon and potatoes and a slice of sourdough toast. My dad’s scramble is the best I’ve tasted, hands down!

You uploaded your first makeup tutorial to her self-titled YouTube channel in April 2017. Provide us an insight into this work?
Claire Woods:
Since I was young, I’ve been doing makeup for prom, homecoming, etc. I received multiple requests to put up a video so I wanted to share it for everyone to see. I’m definitely trying to get more videos up during this pandemic. What do people want to see?
Namita Nayyar:

Claire Woods:
I think Women Fitness is about the individual. Find what makes you feel strong, whether it’s yoga, weight lifting, running, whatever makes the individual feel strong.
Namita Nayyar:
Share your workout during a lockdown?
Claire Woods:
I have various workouts I enjoy, but my favorite right now is from my trainer friend Kortni King. It consists of:
- Horse stance- dynamic
- Weighted wall tap – hip hinge
- Quadruped Rows
- Half kneeling single arm press
- Heels elevated squat
- Stair calf rises

How do you prepare for a photo-shoot? 5 keys feature.
Claire Woods:
To prepare for a shoot, I will review the mood board and photographers vision, make sure my hair and nails are fitting with the vision, pack various outfits and undergarments just in case, and ALWAYS pack a pair of black and nude heels.
Namita Nayyar:
Social media is instrumental in today’s era. How has it served you well?
Claire Woods:
When moving to Los Angeles and Barcelona alone, it has helped me gained great friends, and been a great networking resource.
Namita Nayyar:

Right now I’m a huge fan of lulu lemon, alo, and zella

If you were to change one thing about you it would be?
Claire Woods:
I think it’s better to focus on being good with who we are, but it would be cool to be blonde for the day without damaging my hair.

Resolutions for 2021?
Claire Woods:
In 2021 I want to focus on my whole health; mental, emotional, and physical health. With the COVID- 19 era, it is important to be aware of your mental health. Internal stress left untreated can lead to physical damage so being aware and addressing stress is what I am working on.
