I think what I like the most of any project, is the story. If from the begging, when I read it touches me, takes me and makes me feel and think a lot, it’s when I know I am gonna do it. Because I feel it’s a necessary Story to talk about and also to put my skin in.

Namita Nayyar:

You have been trained professionally in complete training in Dramatic Art in the Studio for Actor Juan Carlos Corazza, Master in Gestalt Psychotherapy (IPG), Intensive Technique with Manuel Morón (performing arts) (Estudio Corazza del actor), Intensive Technique with Rosa Morales (performing arts) (Estudio Corazza of the actor), and Expert in Intervention with women victims of gender violence. Tell us more about this training session and other professional training at different academies and how that sculpted your acting persona?

Elisa Mouliaá:

All the learning that I got have something in common and is the passion for psychologies and how character, needs and the role u have in your family configure the way you see, feel, think and act in the world. That was important to me to have a proper deep analysis of any role I could get into or the relation the role has with the rest to compose the whole piece.

Understanding my own self and psychoanalyzed me was basic in the training I have been doing this years. Because we try to find authenticity in any art we see. Authenticity in any role that can actually reflect a lot of parts of the people who watch that mirror and feel identify. Cause at the end of the day we search for culture, stories and fiction as a refuge of humanity.

I actually don’t consider myself that many things, I see myself as an entire whole piece, that express her in different ways. Like a Channel of transmission in different codes: sometimes is trough theater, other through to or cinema. After I got pregnant I started doing intermittent fasting, so I wouldn’t eat in 16hours and that helped me completely to feel lighter, with more energy and better with myself.
