Is Colby Tutt Still Alive? Danita Tutt Update Now- Accused- Guilty or Innocent?

Colby Tutt came in front of the world as the victim of Danita’s torture. The boy was hospitalized in 2016 and unfortunately died in 2020.
Tutt’s mother, Danita starved him for several days. She also took him for unnecessary surgeries to the doctors and hospice people when there was no need for it.
The case was registered in 2016. In 2018, she was found guilty and sentenced to jail for 5 years.

Sadly, Colby Tutt is dead as of 2021.
His untimely death has left everyone in deep sorrow. As per a Facebook post, he died on 3 October 2020. His family, especially his father and brother are disheartened by his departure.
Danita starved Colby for several weeks. After that, he was taken to the hospital and supplied with enough nutrition. But, he already suffered life-threatening conditions, malnutrition, and sepsis.

Danita Tutt from “Accused: Guilty or Innocent?” is eligible for parole but there is no news of her coming out of jail.
In 2018, she was found guilty of starving her son, Colby. As a result, she was sentenced to five years of prison until October 17, 2023. She was eligible for applying for parole on April 18, 2021.
As per QNews Hub, Tutt’s parole application has once been rejected because of the sensitivity of the case. Even if she gets out, she will face a probation period of 10 years. I am devastated after watching #accused and the #DanitaTutt trial. The prosecutions case was so weak and it is my honest opinion, she is not guilty. There is only a loving mother who cared for her children and lost to the system.

Besides mother Danita, Colby has a father named Clint.
He also has a younger brother named Colton. But, there is no more information regarding the rest of his family.
