Glamour Model Amira K Spills the secrets to her super fit body and healthy lifestyle only on Women Fitness!

Namita Nayyar:

You are an extremely sought after glamour model. Walk us through your spectacular journey and tell us how it all began?

Amira K:

I started modeling as a teen initially but had to quit because I wanted to concentrate on my studies. When I was almost done with my studies I decided to start an Instagram page just for fun, the Mmmm and it all went from there.

Namita Nayyar:

 With more than 709K followers on your Instagram. What do you credit your popularity to?

Amira K:

I credit my popularity to many things. But I gained massively when other girls and shoutout pages helped me out as we were mutually advertising each other.

Namita Nayyar:

Introduce us to a day in your life.

Amira K:

I usually get up at around 9-10 AM (not a morning person). I have a light breakfast before a workout, then plan my day out in the morning. I like to get everything done early so I can relax in the afternoon or evening. Depending on the season, I like walking outdoor as a relaxation method when it’s warm enough. I like to watch a movie before bed. 

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may like to share?

Amira K:

I think the workout method that works for me the best is alternating HIIT and weight training. 

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding models who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in this field?

Amira K:

You have to have a plan if you want to be successful in this field, put in the work, be nice to people who are willing to help you. I found that being humble and grateful is also very important. With the right attitude and motivation, you will be successful.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your future plans.

Amira K:

I’m hoping to change my theme for my Instagram in the future. I would like to mix it up and throw in some fashion themes as well asked fitness themes.

Namita Nayyar:

Your hair and skincare routine?

Amira K:

For my hair, I have one holy grail product, it’s the Moroccanoil oil treatment. My skincare routine is quite simple for the day, wearing sunscreen. At night, I focus on moisturizing and hydrating as much as possible.

Amira K:

While social media can be fun, please don’t let it dominate your life, there are a lot more important things in life that you can do and accomplish. A person’s value should not depend on the “likes” and “comments” on that image.
