Think Realty honors the life of an industry icon, Gene Guarino, who passed away last week. Gene was instrumental in creating investment opportunities in senior assisted living and truly made an impact on the real estate investing industry. Founder of IMPACT Housing Group, he also created RAL Academy, an educational program that shows its students everything they need to know to start, own and operate their own residential assisted living homes. He also created the RAL Charitable Foundation that he personally funded. The foundation provides music and art for seniors in an effort to improve their mental state.
Gene was known for his smile and upbeat attitude. “He always talked about his wife and family, how much he loved them, and how much he wanted to leave a legacy for them. His smile got even bigger when he talked about his family,” said Rodney Halford, Sales Manager at Think Realty.
