After entering the other world, you need to come back to the same NPC. He will give you an offer to become a member of the Mohg Cult. Accept his offer because you don’t have another choice. Varre will now give you a final task, which is to soak a cloth in Maiden’s Blood. Now, you are free to do the task as you please.
But we will help you go through it in a faster and more efficient way. From Rose Church, travel towards the Northeastern Liurnia and then take that same maiden’s corpse blood to Inhibition Church. Now, you have to do the task and soak the cloth with it. Go back to the NPC who game you that task and in return he will reward you with Medal of Pureblood Knight.
Use that item to transport in Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum and then rest at Grace Site after running to stairs. Now go back down and ride to Southeast on Torrent. There will be many patches and enemies on your back, but ignore all of them and simply follow the natural passage.
Eventually, you will see a pool with a large bird across the ledge on the Grace Road site. Keep in mind this Bird is not your friend, rather an enemy of use. Rest and then equip that same old Long Bow with arrows. If you have bolts or crossbow, it will also work.
Don’t approach the bird your way, rather cross the enemies sleeping without killing them and reach a few steps on the north. The bird is their upfront and you have a bow with you. Use the arrow to lure the bird to take a step. If you are successful the bird will simply fall off and die. The results are 11k runes as a reward which is an exceptional farm.
