Yarishna Ayala Puerto Rican WBFF Diva Pro Tells How She Became An Instagram Sensation

Yarishna is a young Puerto Rican woman. She is a strong and positive human being that works hard each day to fulfil her dream. She started as a professional “Salsa Dancer” known as “The Mulatas del Sabor”. She participated in the reality show of Marc Antony and Jennifer López called “Q viva the Cosen”. In Puerto Rico, Yarishna started to compete in the bikini category, winning all her competition in Puerto Rico. From there, she went to the United State to compete and find new opportunities in the world of fitness.

In 2013, she obtained her Pro Card in the National Juniors at Chicago, becoming the 1st bikini Puerto Rican to obtain a Pro Card in less than a year of competing in that sport.

She believes God has given all the glory and honour to her. She also recognizes that with God in her life, nothing will be impossible.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar had a candid interview with Yarishna Ayala Puerto Rican WBFF Diva Pro where she talks about her workout, diet, hair & skin care, beauty secrets, her online fitness coaching programs and success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You are born and raised in Puerto Rico. You began training after worrying about what you wanted to do with your life, but by the age of 25, you had sculpted an incredible physique and won numerous competitions. You are a hard-training girl with a passion for the sport. You are a fitness model and a fitness and bikini competitor. Tell us about your journey that took you to the world of fitness and as a winner in fitness competitions?

Yarishna Ayala:

I was born in San Juan Puerto Rico; I was a professional salsa dancer and model. In 2012 I decided to start competing in fitness and make a change in my eating habits. Win all the competitions in Puerto Rico and be runner-up in Central America and the Caribbean.

Once I started in this sport, my dream was to win my professional card. That same year I went to the Juniors Nationals in Chicago where I won my professional card and became the first Puerto Rican to win a card in the Bikini category.

Namita Nayyar:

How your experience and background of early years, has helped you in your present profession of being a Fitness Model, Fitness Trainer, and fitness competitor?

Yarishna Ayala:

It has been incredible how fitness has changed my life and that of the people around me. Inspiring and motivating millions of people has always been my goal. As a fitness competitor I have achieved great victories. But my most important victory is transforming lives, helping other people through my knowledge to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Namita Nayyar:

Share the exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?

Yarishna Ayala:

My favourite exercise for glutes:

  • Hip Thrust 4 set 20 reps
  • Kickback 4 set 20 reps
  • Squat 4 set 20 reps
  • Sumo squat 4 set 20 reps
Namita Nayyar:

What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?

Yarishna Ayala:

Meal #1

1/2 oatmeal and 3 egg white

Meal #2

1/2 rice with 4oz chicken

Meal #3

2 cups of Whey Protein

Meal #4

4oz steak with 1 cup Broccoli

#Meal #5

4oz Salmon with Asparagus

Namita Nayyar:

What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, fitness competitor, personal trainer, Instagram sensation, and nutritional expert?

Yarishna Ayala:

My biggest motivation is my followers, they encourage me even when I feel tired. Motivating and inspiring them is my main goal.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Yarishna Ayala:

I take very seriously my hair care and my skin care have a tons of skins care product that I used daily when I go to sleep and use well my hair shampoo and conditioner hahaha.

Namita Nayyar:

Fitness modeling is about bold photo-shoots. What advice do you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?

Yarishna Ayala:

Be bold, be courageous, and sassy. Portray how you want to be seen and also find your inner beauty and expressed it.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding physique/bikini professional competitor girls who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in the field of physique/ bikini professional competitions?

Yarishna Ayala:

Do not give up, no matter how big your dream is. If you can dream it, you can achieve it.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us your experience of winning 1st position in 2013 Ms. and Mr. Puerto Rico?

Yarishna Ayala:

It was the most sensational feeling to win in front of my family, friends and my hometown. That first competition marked my career as a fitness model. Eight months later I was an IFBB Pro.

Namita Nayyar:

Elaborate on your endeavour the online personalized fitness training program. You offer Yarishna Ayala Fitness ABS Plan, Couples Personal Training, and Glute Plan to name a few. Tell us more about your online fitness training programs?

Yarishna Ayala:

My online coaching programs are run by my husband and me, specialized in achieving your goals, creating a base of good nutrition and hard work. We have a very unique method, we provided zoom calls, and supplement plans, nutrition plans, and chat with all ‘Team No Excuses’ members. That’s my passion, help those who need help.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us more about your popular “Yarishna Ayala by Bella Michell – Fitness with Latex Waist Trainer”?

Yarishna Ayala:

YariWaist as we call it is a waist trainer to correct your posture and shrink your waist. Both men and woman can use it, my husband is one of those men hahaha. We have to styles, the corset one and the waist trainer.

Namita Nayyar:

Women Fitness viewers shall like to know more about the Yarishna Ayala Meal plan?

Yarishna Ayala:

My meal plan is simple. First meal is always oatmeal, eggs whites and coffee. I cannot live without coffee. Then my second and third meal contains proteins like chicken, ground turkey or fish and carbs like rice or sweet potato. My other two meals are mainly fats like steak, avocado and whole eggs. And before sleep a proteins shake.
